Ergonomics
The Fujitsu fi-6230Z will fit into any office environment due to its compact design and small size. The Fujitsu fi-6230Z is suitable for scanning rigid cards (ID card, social security card, etc.) up to 1.4 mm in thickness. It is also possible to scan documents up to 3 metres in length. The Fujitsu fi-6230Z features an A4 flatbed scanner unit.

Features
The Fujitsu fi-6230Z features a remote administration tool for managing a fleet of scanners (driver and software update management, consumable management, etc.).

ScandAll Pro V2 software provides advanced scanning management capabilities (1D barcode separator, patchcode management) and includes Scansnap mode for easy profile management. The "paper protection" feature allows you to prevent paper jams. The Fujitsu fi-6230Z offers an optional Post-imprinter. The black flatbed background allows you to use cropping and deskew options.

Performance 
With a scanning speed of up to 40 ppm in colour and grayscale, an ADF capacity of 50 sheets and ultrasonic double feed detection, the Fujitsu fi-6230Z is capable of handling an average of up to 4000 pages / day. The Fujitsu fi-6230Z is also suitable for scanning A3 documents folded in half due to its plastic protective sheet.
